1. VOX has been acting in the market as a training company already since 1993. At the beginning the company especially focused on management accounting, liquidation of companies, economic, financial and tax consultancy.
We have been training people for almost 20 years in all the Czech Republic. We build the quality approach to clients up on experience and proactive individual approach to education.
Training and consulting company 1. VOX a.s. guarantees quality and professional services of trainers and lectors.
External lectors´ experience is based on perfect practice knowledge of various spheres, professions and environment specificity. The level of trainers and lectors is evaluated continuously, from preparation to evaluation of contribution from the clients´view.
Facts and priorities
• We have the highest rating in the Czech Republic. The main office of the International Education Society, Ltd. in London assigned us the third highest rating degree "A", it means "top institution with international experience".
• We are a stable institution with quality background, 25 full time employees participate in the realization of education programmes and cooperate with more than 700 qualified lectors, trainers, consultants, and coaches.
• Demanding system of criteria selection of trainers, consultants, and coaches set by the quality management system ISO 9001:2008 ensures that from nearly 4,000 tested tutors, 1. VOX works only with 700 top professionals, leaders in their respective fields.
• Because we know that only quality generates quality, we select the best tutors who will develop your potential here and now.
• We have our own copy centrum, library, and development implementation, so we can respond quickly to your needs.
• We offer a wide range of products and services. Therefore, we are able to offer courses of soft and hard skills.
• In the soft skills we are specialists in: human resources management, communication, management and presentation skills, marketing and PR, sales and trading, and development of personal skills.
• In the area of hard skills we deal with particular areas such as: taxes, accounting, international accounting standards, law, economic and financial education, wages, human resources management, non-profit organization, logistics and IT courses.
• Our company provides open and in-company courses that pass more than 10,000 clients each year.
• We also offer training for teams, coaching, personnel audit, audit of personnel actions, both AC and DC and outdoor activities.
• In addition to open public courses we offer tailor made business courses together with corporate guidance, approximately 500 courses per year.
• We have our own publishing company, which primarily supports our educational programs.
• We publish literature, learning materials and specialized magazine "Tax and accounting services.
• 1. VOX is a member of the Czech Society for Human Resources, HR Club of the Czech Republic, The Prague Economic Chamber, Association of Adult Education Institutions in the Czech Republic.
• As a partner we cooperate in long terms to implement educational programs in conjunction with the Chamber for Crisis Management and Insolvency in the Republic, the Chamber of Tax Advisers and the Chamber of Certified Accountants of the Czech Republic.
1. VOX - we have certificates and accreditations
• Since 1997 - we have been holders of the mark "Czech Made" that proves quality of provided services in the area of "Adult Education", which was repeatedly extended on 23rd April 2009 to the next period.
• Since 1999 - we have been part of an international database, the International Education Society Ltd. (IES). An expert group assigned us the third-highest rating, grade "A" (the highest in the Czech Republic), i.e. the "top institution with international experience".
• Since 2002 - we have been holding the brand "Czech Quality".
• In 2003 - 1. VOX gained the certification of quality management system ISO 9001:2008 from a reputable company SGS - the European Quality Certification Institute E.E.S.U. and repeatedly extended its registration.
• Between 2004 and 2010 - VOX passed through the accreditation of the Ministry of Interior as an educational institution under the number I./I-101/2004 for training local government officials (the continuous training of senior officials of special education programs for senior officials, the continuous training of officials) - in total 19 accredited programs
• We may edit a certificate of retraining - Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. Retraining programs are completed by written and oral examination in front of the commission.

We follow the time...
We support the development of new educational programs on the basis of e-learning and offer this effective and flexible solution as a current response to client´s needs.
Building on the experience and achievements:
• Since 2001 1 VOX has been organizing national conferences of e-learning forums in collaboration with the consulting company Semis focusing on the new trends on e-learning, as the output is conference proceedings
• In 2002 1. VOX established collaboration with Hewlett Packard, which results in the development of a comprehensive e-learning program TAXES - online on the program platform Edocelo by the company Trask.
• Telefonica company proclaimed the program TAXES - the best online e-learning degree program in the country.
• In 2003 the publishing company of 1. VOX got out the first scientific publication "E-learning in adult education" by Andrea Barešová. Since then it has been been completely sold out, we are preparing a new publication in 2011.
• In 2009 1. VOX in collaboration with the consulting company CCA Group developed four e-learning programs on soft skills products. This efficient method allows full-time teaching and deepens its improvement. Participants in these programs are able to test their knowledge before the direct teaching in the field and the initial e-learning program enables them to access and work with learning materials, DVD and online training.
• In June 2010 1. VOX gained the ESF project E-learning Soft Skills Programme - Education for Competitiveness capability designed for the development of e-learning programs in soft skills and training of 60 supported people - teachers, trainers, coaches in the use and application of these programs. Other objectives of these programs are the issue of professional publications on teaching aids for supported tutors.
