Participants will be informed about the legal framework of enterprizing in the Czech Republic. Workshop will be focused on both theoretical and practical information and experience in the fields of corporate law, trade license law, labor law, protection of property, business and labor court proceedings and arbitrations.

Legal status and responsibility of memebers of statutory bodies of business companies (Directors, members of Boards of Directors and Supervisory Boards) and top managers (General Managers and other members of top management : CEO, HR, CFO) with respect to character of contractual or statutory basis of their functions, roles and responsibilities, execution and termination of their functions • legal aspects of statutary and contractual non-competition duty during the execution of the function and after the termination • Due Diligence duty and related responsibility of managers • legal responsibility of employees and its limitation • execution and termination of labor contracts • legal aspects of invalid termination of labor contract • labor courts and labor law proceedings • role of indooor lawyers and exterenal legal advisors in labor and business contracts and legal disputes • case studies.
